Are you wearing the correct sized bra?
Did you know that as many as 85% of women are wearing the wrong sized bra - and suffering the consequences!

It doesn't matter how much you have paid for your bra, or if it is from a well-trusted manufacturer. If you have chosen the wrong size it will not fit properly!
This is why it is vitally important to know your correct measurements before purchasing your lingerie.
How can I find out my correct bra size?
The best and most accurate way of finding out your correct bra size is by visiting your local lingerie store and asking them to measure you. Most stores are happy to do this, and you are under no obligation to purchase from them afterwards.
Alternatively you can measure yourself, or get a friend to help you.
To measure the Bra Band

Place the tape measure all the way around your body just under your bust, making sure the tape measure is completely flat against your body, and hasn't dropped at the back. Pull the tape measure fairly tight to make sure you have an accurate measurement.
To measure the cup size

Place the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape measure so tight that it squashes your bust. (This can be difficult, so ask a friend or partner to help you).
Your bra Band Size is NOT your under bust measurement, this measurement has to be adjusted to find the correct fit.
You must take your under bust measurement and add an additional 4 inches to that number. If your under-bust measurement is an odd number, it has to be rounded up to the next even number. i.e. 33" should be rounded up to 34". After this an additional 4 inches should be added, making your bra size 38".
To find your cup size, compare your measurement around the fullest part of your bust with your bra size. If the measurement is the same then you are an 'A' cup. If the measurement is 1 inch more then you are a 'B' cup and so on.
If you have a favourite style made by Gossard for example, then all Gossard products should fit you well. If you are unsure of a brand, it's best to stick with what you know unless you are able to try on before you buy.
Always measure your bust wearing a good fitting bra, otherwise your bust may drop slightly, giving you an inaccurate measurement.
Don't 'make do' with bras that are more than one year old or worn out. New, well fitting lingerie will make you feel like a new woman!
